WARM UPS

LEGS

1. Leg lunges side and front
2. Groin stretch
3. Hamstring stretch - left, right and middle
4. Quad stretches

 ARMS

1. Across front Left and Right
2. Over Head - Left and Right
3. Wall Stretch for Shoulder
4. Wrist Stretch

 INJURIES
ARE MOST OFTEN CAUSED BY

1. Not warming up sufficiently
2. Overworking Arm
3. Bad Mechanics

Windmill pitching is a more natural motion than overhand, but can cause injuries if not done properly. If you are hurting after pitching the cause is probably one of the above. More pitchers are hurt playing other positions by throwing overhand than hurt pitching.
